What we build

One agent. Every workflow you keep doing by hand.

Most businesses don't need twelve AI tools. They need one capable agent that actually knows how the business runs, plus the plumbing to connect it to everything else.

🦍

Your general purpose agent

A single agent trained on your documents, your process, your tone, and your customers. It answers like your best employee, not like a chatbot.

⚙️

Custom workflows

Quoting, onboarding, follow-up, reporting, data entry. We map the process you actually run, then automate it end to end.

🔌

Tool integration

CRM, email, calendar, Slack, spreadsheets, phone, invoicing. Your agent works inside the stack you already pay for.

🎓

Training and handoff

Your team learns to run it, adjust it, and extend it. No black box, no vendor lock-in, no permanent dependency on us.

How it works

From first call to fully installed in weeks, not quarters.

You stay in your business. We handle the build, the wiring, and the testing.

01

Discovery

A working session to find where your team's hours actually disappear, and what's worth automating first.

02

Blueprint

We map the agent, the workflows, the integrations, and the expected return before anyone writes a line of config.

03

Build and install

We set everything up in your stack, test it against real cases, and tune until the output is something you'd send to a client.

04

Train and support

Live training for your team, written playbooks, then ongoing tuning as your process changes.

FAQ

Questions we get on the first call.

What is a general purpose AI agent, exactly?

It's one assistant with access to your business context and your tools, rather than a narrow single-task bot. It can read your documents, pull from your CRM, draft in your voice, and run multi-step tasks. Think capable new hire rather than autocomplete.

Do we need technical staff to run this?

No. That's the point of white glove. We do the setup, the integrations, and the testing, then train your existing team on how to use and adjust it. If you can use email and a CRM, you can run what we build.

How long does an install take?

Most builds go live in two to three weeks from kickoff. Larger operations with heavier integration requirements run four to six. You'll get a firm timeline in the blueprint before any build work starts.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays in your systems. We configure access scoped to only what a given workflow needs, document exactly what's connected, and hand over full control of the keys at the end of the engagement.

We already use some automation. Does this replace it?

Usually not. We audit what you have, keep what works, and fill the gaps. Most clients end up with fewer tools, not more, because one agent absorbs several point solutions.

What if it doesn't work for our business?

The blueprint exists to catch that early. If the audit shows the return isn't there, we'll tell you before the build and you're free to walk with the blueprint in hand.
